Crustaceo was summoned by Jellica to cut a hole in the ocean floor, that would cause devastation. The monster, along with Camille & the Rinshi went to the beach to begin the attack. When the Rangers arrived, they found Crustaceo all ready at work in the ocean. Before they could tackle him though, they had to deal with Camille & the Rinshi. But during the battle, a new Pai Zhuq Master arrived, Master Finn. Finn used his sabers to take out the Rinshi, and then used his Shark Power to destroy the vortex Crustaceo had started, forcing him & Camille to retreat. Jellica ordered the beast to use his powers of position to take over someone. So when the monster returned to the beach, he battle with the Red Ranger & his Shark Sabers. The other Rangers arrived and they called for the Claw Cannon. But before the blast could hit the monster, he had escaped into the ocean once more, and grown large. The Rangers went to the Jungle Pride Megazord and then summoned the Shark Zord. The Shark attacked Crustaceo and it looked like he had defeated him. However, Crustaceo used his powers to take over the Shark Zord, and started attacking the Jungle Pride. The heroes used the Jungle Pride with Elephant Power to knock Crustaceo out of the Shark Zord, forcing him to retreat once again. When he and Camille confronted the Rangers again, he battled with the Red Ranger. The Red Ranger was able to combine his Shark Sabers and unleash a series of powerful slash attacks. This took Crustaceo down, but he wasn't out. The beast grew again, but this time went deep into the ocean. The Rangers formed the Jungle Pride with Shark Power, and took the battle to Crustaceo on the ocean floor. With the Shark Powered Spin Attack, the Rangers were able to destroy Crustaceo for good.
