The Paleo Zord is made up of three Dino Theme Trains. They were developed during the early stages of Project Ranger. However, they could never get proper syncronisity with the bio field because it was based on extinct life forms. When Tenaya 7 found out where the Alphabet Soup dumping grounds were, Kilobyte & Shifter created the Roto Bot to find the Paleo Zord. It was successful, but during it's battle with the SkyRev Megazord, the Paleo Zord was activated and went wild. It attacked the Rangers & the Attack Bot.
The Red Ranger went chasing after the wild Paleo Zord but could never catch it. Luckily Dr. K was finally able to sync it to the bio field and access it remotely. She then bypassed the DNA coding, infused the cellular microprocessor with a modern day bio rhythmic stabilizer, bringing it under control and ready for the Red Ranger to pilot.
When the Paleo Zord forms the PaleoMax Megazord, the Mammoth Engine forms the entire upper body, while the T-Rex & Triceratops Cars form the legs.
